A Bloom Bar is an interactive flower experience where guests select fresh blooms and greenery to create their own beautiful take-home bouquet. It’s a creative activity and memorable favor all in one.

The Bloom Bar Experience

We bring our mobile Bloom Bar experience directly to celebrations throughout New Jersey, from weddings and bridal showers to baby showers, birthdays, graduations, business events, and special celebrations. Each experience comes complete with fresh curated blooms, greenery, and everything needed to create a beautiful floral experience.

Guests select their favorite stems and create their own bouquet while our Floral Concierge is there to assist and add the finishing touches. Each bouquet is beautifully wrapped and ready to take home as a keepsake.

For an added personal touch, personalization, keepsakes, and meaningful enhancements are available to make your Bloom Bar experience uniquely yours.

A NOTE ABOUT PRICING

All package prices are starting rates and include our curated seasonal floral selection. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, selected Bloom Experience, floral selections, seasonality, location, personalization, and selected enhancements.

Premium, specialty, out-of-season, or specifically requested flowers may require an additional fee.

A personalized quote will be provided before your reservation is finalized.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Everything you need to know before reserving your Bloom Bar experience.

Reservation: A signed Service Agreement and 40% non-refundable booking retainer are required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until both have been received. Events booked within 14 days require full payment at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Payments are accepted through Square or Zelle.
Final Guest Count & Selections: Final guest count and event selections are due 14 days before the event. Once confirmed, the guest count cannot be reduced for a refund or credit. Increases or changes are subject to availability and additional charges. For events booked within 14 days, the guest count and selections are considered final at the time of booking.
Travel: Travel within 15 miles of our base city is included. Events beyond 15 miles are subject to a $50 travel fee. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, tolls, parking, venue access, or other location-related fees.
Fresh Flowers: Floral selections are seasonal and subject to availability, quality, weather, and market conditions. Comparable substitutions may be made while maintaining your selected palette and overall design. Exact flower varieties, shades, and sizes cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Venue & Weather: Adequate setup space and timely venue access are required. Outdoor events must have an appropriate covered or indoor backup location. Service may be delayed, modified, relocated, or discontinued if weather or event conditions become unsafe.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: The 40% booking retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and availability. Additional terms are outlined in your Service Agreement.
Photography: Planted Petals by Peggy may photograph Bloom Bar setups, floral designs, and event details for portfolio, website, and social media use. Identifiable photographs of clients or guests will only be used with permission.
